Hosted by the PRII and PRCA, the awards celebrate the very best of Irish Public Relations and Communications work over the previous twelve months. We are very proud our work won gold in Best Digital PR Campaign for the podcast series we conceived and created for Chadwicks.
The video work we created to promote the podcast also won the Video Campaign (Agency) award with Teneo. This is the same level of video promos we include with our podcast packages.
IMRO Awards
Throughout the years we have produced a number of in-flight programmes for Aer Lingus transatlantic services.
One of our favourites was called The Singer and the Song. The interview documentary shared stories behind some of the most famous songs ever, as told by the singers themselves from Jim Kerr to Lionel Richie.
We adapted the programme for broadcast nationally on Ireland’s Classic Hits Radio and are very proud that it won an IMRO Radio Award at the annual ceremony in October 2021.
PPI Radio Awards
With PPI, the forerunner to the IMRO’s, we have won many awards for our audio work including ‘Net Nanny’ and ‘CGI’ both for RTE Radio One and ‘Top 40 Oifiguil na hEireann’ for the commercial radio network.
To this day we remain the only independent producer to win multiple gold at these awards.

Meet Our founder and CEO...
Dusty Rhodes – Founder/CEO
Dusty has been in the audio and communication business since he was a teenager. By the age of 21, Dusty found himself broadcasting to over six million listeners every day in the United Kingdom on Atlantic 252.
He then landed his dream job at RTÉ 2FM. Dusty produced and hosted many different shows on 2FM, including the station’s flagship “Hotline” show.
Dusty went on to form an independent radio production company, creating music shows, magazine programmes, and long-form documentaries for local and national radio.
In 2006, his company also began creating and producing podcasts for companies, brands and organisations, many years before most of us had heard of a podcast!
Due to his pioneering work in creating branded podcasts for numerous major brands and organisations, he is considered an authority in this arena. He is often affectionately referred to as “The PodFather”.
To this day, Dusty remains the only Independent Producer to have won multiple gold awards at Ireland’s Annual IMRO Radio Awards and has added to his accolades by collecting numerous awards for his work in podcasting.
