The builders merchants goal was to keep a human connection, not just with customers but also with staff during the Covid crisis.
We designed a weekly podcast which delivered a mix of trade talk, tips and banter for the man-in the-van. Each show delivered a feature interview, a chat with Chadwicks managers around the country and to add in the craic, a quiz with unique listener prizes.
The podcast exceed targets not just for downloads but social media activity for Chadwicks. It was in the Apple Podcasts Top 10 for its entire series run and hit No.1 three times. By the end of the series we had requests from suppliers to appear on the show!
This is the official magazine for Chartered Accountants Ireland. In 2010 they wanted to offer members more value with a podcast to compliment the publication each quarter.
The podcast spoke with interviewees from each issue giving members a more personal sense of that person through the more intimate interview format.
The result was increased engagement from members and a rise in readership.
They wanted people to consider tyre purchase more carefully so they choose the right tyres for their car not just the best priced ones.
Working with the Irish Times, we produced a weekly motors podcast presented by section journalists called The Irish Times Motors Podcast. IDs between sections would promote the Bridgestone POV supported by occasional editorial on tyres.
Car fans listening to the podcast heard and understood the message. They became inadvertent brand ambassadors through their word-of-mouth recommendation for Bridgestone. Sales and brand awareness increased during the activity.

Since 2006 we have been producing their weekly ‘Tech Radio’ podcast with industry news and feature interviews.
Today, as the show approaches its 1,000th episode, it delivers significant brand authority and sponsorship pays for the production of the podcast.

Premium drinks distributor Barry & Fitzwilliam wanted to reach a growing digital-only audience for two of their brands.
We created two projects. The first was Corona Comedy featuring standup routines from Irish comedians recorded live at venues nationwide. The second was Jagercast, an edgy youth show with multi-award winning DJ Dara Quality and an especially themed German ID package.
Both brands enhanced their reputation by delivering relevant branded entertainment they would never be able to do so with regular radio
